Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs 93% ground beef
  • 8 oz italian-style bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cans golden mushroom soup

Notes

  • Recommended to eat with french cut green beans and mashed potatoes.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Mix the ground beef with 3 eggs, salt and 1 can of golden mushroom soup.
  3. Pour one can of golden mushroom soup on the bottom of the pan
  4. Form the mixed beef into a loaf shape and place in pan
  5. Pour three cans of golden mushroom soup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in oven for one hour then remove and check by cutting it in half. If still pink inside then bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.
