Ingredients
- 5 lbs 93% ground beef
- 8 oz italian-style bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- salt to taste
- 4 cans golden mushroom soup
Notes
- Recommended to eat with french cut green beans and mashed potatoes.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Mix the ground beef with 3 eggs, salt and 1 can of golden mushroom soup.
- Pour one can of golden mushroom soup on the bottom of the pan
- Form the mixed beef into a loaf shape and place in pan
- Pour three cans of golden mushroom soup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in oven for one hour then remove and check by cutting it in half. If still pink inside then bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.
