Peanut Butter

a small bowl of peanut butter

Ingredients

  • (375g) peanuts
  • ¾ tsp (5g) salt

Notes

  • This will taste very differently from store-bought peanut butter as there is no sugar in it

Directions

  1. Place (375g) of peanuts on cooking sheet and bake for 11 ½ min at 350ºF (180ºC)
  2. Let peanuts cool completely
  3. Put peanuts on clean dish towel and rub together to get skins off (if not alrady skinned)
  4. Place into food processor and process on high speed
  5. Once it is a liquid, add sea salt and process for an additional 10 secons
  6. Put into container and store at room temp.
