Ingredients
- (375g) peanuts
- ¾ tsp (5g) salt
Notes
- This will taste very differently from store-bought peanut butter as there is no sugar in it
Directions
- Place (375g) of peanuts on cooking sheet and bake for 11 ½ min at 350ºF (180ºC)
- Let peanuts cool completely
- Put peanuts on clean dish towel and rub together to get skins off (if not alrady skinned)
- Place into food processor and process on high speed
- Once it is a liquid, add sea salt and process for an additional 10 secons
- Put into container and store at room temp.
