Ingredients
Base
- (210g) unsalted butter
- (300g) peanut butter
- (105g) powdered sugar
- (240g) graham cracker crumbs
Topping
- (65g) unsalted butter
- (280g) Semi-sweet chocolate
Notes
- This is a No-Bake recipe!
- Keep refridgerated until ready to eat, they become soft rather quickly
- Milk Chocolate = 20-35% cocoa
- Semi Sweet = 35-65% cocoa
- Bittersweet = 65-80% cocoa
Directions
Base
- Line 1 9x9 dish with parchment paper
- Melt butter
- Mix peanut butter with melted butter until smooth
- Beat in powdered sugar
- break graham crackers into crumbs with hands then fold into peanut butter mixture
- Transfer into pan and let chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes
Topping
- Melt chocolate and mix in peanut butter
- Pour over peanut butter base, smooth it out and place back in fridge for 60-90 min.
- Cut into bars and serve immediately.
