Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • (210g) unsalted butter
  • (300g) peanut butter
  • (105g) powdered sugar
  • (240g) graham cracker crumbs

Topping

  • (65g) unsalted butter
  • (280g) Semi-sweet chocolate

Notes

  • This is a No-Bake recipe!
  • Keep refridgerated until ready to eat, they become soft rather quickly

  • Milk Chocolate = 20-35% cocoa
  • Semi Sweet = 35-65% cocoa
  • Bittersweet = 65-80% cocoa

Directions

Base

  1. Line 1 9x9 dish with parchment paper
  2. Melt butter
  3. Mix peanut butter with melted butter until smooth
  4. Beat in powdered sugar
  5. break graham crackers into crumbs with hands then fold into peanut butter mixture
  6. Transfer into pan and let chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes

Topping

  1. Melt chocolate and mix in peanut butter
  2. Pour over peanut butter base, smooth it out and place back in fridge for 60-90 min.
  3. Cut into bars and serve immediately.
