Loaded Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 3 tbs (45g) hummus
  • ½ avacado, mashed or thinly sliced
  • ½ cup (30g) baby spinach, packed
  • ¼ english cucumber, sliced
  • ½ large tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbs (15g) red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tbs (8ml) sweet chilli sauce

Notes

  • Feel free to put on as much or as little of the ingredients as you like.
  • Don't like onions? Don't put them on. Try adding shredded carrot or sliced olives.

Directions

    1. Divide the ingredients between the bread to make two sandwiches, duh.
