Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 3 tbs (45g) hummus
- ½ avacado, mashed or thinly sliced
- ½ cup (30g) baby spinach, packed
- ¼ english cucumber, sliced
- ½ large tomato, sliced
- 1 tbs (15g) red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ tbs (8ml) sweet chilli sauce
Notes
- Feel free to put on as much or as little of the ingredients as you like.
- Don't like onions? Don't put them on. Try adding shredded carrot or sliced olives.
Directions
- Divide the ingredients between the bread to make two sandwiches, duh.
